Yoga can provide the most needed distressing one can think of thus furthering mental, psychological and physical health.

It has been observed that teaching yoga at an early age develops a sense of discipline in the young minds, not only that it teaches self - control, flexibility, memory, concentration, coordination, and to co-ordinate one’s life with loved ones around-creating good relationships, thus teaching goes beyond the school and helps the child to face the world and its challenges in the right perspective.

Teacher’s role here cannot be over emphasized. Today the classrooms are overcrowded 50-60 students per class and at times even more, as a result they are unable to pay attention to each child. They should also be aware of the problem child in his/her class so that he/she can helps the child and this is possible only when there are 20-25 students in each class.

How can we overcome the problems affecting the personality of students right from the school to college and then to life? How can we channelize potential energy in to kinetic energy to make them to enjoy a full and happy life?  How can we stimulate students towards holistic approach to life? How can we make them develop their character and personality in totality? How can we check drug abuse, smoking, gambling etc? How can we educate them in right direction?

Well the only and only answer is imparting yoga education, which can offer solutions for all the problems and a positive approach in life. The answer is practice of science of yoga.
