Foundation Course in Yoga for Promotion of Health (FCYPH)


1. Title: The course shall be called as Foundation Course in Yoga for Promotion of Health (FCYPH).

2. Duration: One Week.

3. Objectives of the Program: The course is designed to promote Physical, mental and spiritual health of an individual and also to lead a happy and healthy life, thus to bring harmony and peace in the society.

4. Eligibility: This course is open for all individual who has passed the fifth class.

5. Training Hours: Total 6 hrs, Practical and Theory, one hour daily.

6. Medium of Instruction: Hindi / English.

7. Course Timings: To be fixed after mutual discussion with the principal.

8. Camp Capacity/Intake Capacity: 30 candidates extendable to maximum of 50.

9. Course Fee: Rs 1000 per student.

10. Certificate: Successful candidate will be awarded certificate in a validatory session.
